Trait: Its width is wider than its going to be tall. Fall brings out a yellow, orange then red color. Spring color is light green, deeper green in Summer. This specimen is already 8 ft tall and its trunk width is 50mm. A perfect focal point of a selection for the landscape.
A combo of bronze to bright red in the sunlight until the leaves changes to bright red.

The above is for comparison of what an Emperor 1 looks like vs the Tobiosho at the exact same time. You can see the color doesn’t compare and Tobiosho is a higher grade in terms of fall color.

Trait: A green coral bark tree. Comparing to other “green” looking bark on regular Japanese Maples, you will find the color of the green is more vibrant than the others. Its leafs are a deeper more vibrant green as well. Spring color is light cream yellow green color with deep green veining, deeper green in Summer. Fall brings a bright yellow to orange contrast to the vibrant green bark. A rare tree among the coral bark series.
